Above the wood oven is engraved 1781. Restored in 2001, Villa Casa di Nello is situated higher on the hillside than the other two properties, about 300 metres distance (about 325 yards) from the main house of the Villa Ugo estate. and has three floors, sleeping 8 people, plus a small independent bedroom.
The ground floor includes an entrance foyer, adjoining dining room and kitchen leading to a large terrace with a dining table for 12 and countryside views. On the first floor is the living room with access to a small covered veranda, one double bedroom, and a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.
